Living a style of healthy living can be easy if you do these ten things every day. We are all very busy and it seems that the days fly, without having time to do what is really important for mental and physical.
Living a healthy lifestyle need not be difficult, but it can be easy if you do these ten things every day:
- Take a walk of 60 minutes
- Eat a large salad
- Get 8 hours of sleep
- Raise a little weight for 20 minutes
- Make love with your partner
- Laugh, smile and have fun
- Meditate for 10 minutes
- Eat a piece of broiled fish
- Take a glass of vegetable juice
- Spend an hour talking with their children or close friend
If you take a look at this list you will find that it is not expensive or difficult to lead a healthy and happy life. We all have to prioritize what is important to us, and work to spend time with family and friends, eat healthy and exercise, while, of course, getting enough sleep.
What is the hardest thing on the list for you?
The hardest thing in the list for me is sure we have a little fun every day and spend some time laughing. When we was a child we seemed to laugh and have fun all day, but as an adult, we have to work on it already. It seems to laugh more with my children to spend time talking to them every day makes us feel good.
