Alaska’s not so hidden gem
August 27, 2009
Chulitna River, Alaska – It’s hard to imagine that a road-to-road river trip, which hardly anyone ever does, is one of the most unique and best trips to be done anywhere in the world. But when it comes to Alaska and the Chulitna River, that’s exactly what you get. Combine two parts wildlife, one part epic fishing adventure and one part spectacular views of North America’s tallest peak, shake with the glacial ice that forms the river and landscapes all around and you’ve got a tasty trip that will put you on the floor.

August 24, 2009
Denali National Park, Alaska – Another year of celebrating boating on the Nenana River has come and gone, but once again Alaska kayakers made the most of it. It’s pretty cool to be a part of it and I’m in awe that we were able to channel the passion and energy of the kayak community into a more than $10,000 fundraiser for local kids sports programs and the sustainability mission of Life More Natural. Thanks everyone who was involved, enjoy the pics.
